Why become a member of GPFF?

Well, because members, and family members, can get and do so much more in our active participation club.

Here are some examples:

  • GPFF trips and outings are for members only.

    • Monthly outings are very popular with our members
    • See Outings Philosophy for a discussion and details about trips
    • New and different places to fish with other members are great – fishing alone is not generally recommended.
    • Learn new skills and new water from many mentors.
  • Learn and share – you can get and give advice, and arrange small ad-hoc trips with other members for life-long comradery, learning best access spots, and special skills.

  • Volunteer – and feel good about being involved with the club and members

  • Give back to our local schools and children with our renowned Trout in the Classroom program

  • Participate in informal fly tying group meetings

  • Contribute to conservation efforts with a group – make a better place for our children and grandchildren.

  • Then, there’s the Members Only section of our website that’s full of information and news.
    • Twice a year you will be invited to very special sales events at the Employee outlet of Columbia & Mountain Hardware Store where most items are 50% off
    • See the Club’s current officers and contact them for volunteering opportunities and other suggestions
    • Check out books and videos from the Library
    • See Tabs for News and Tips, Tricks & Resources for help, ideas, and perhaps last-minute trips
    • Look up other members in the Directory and stay in touch
