Our Annual October Caddis outing. The McCloud river is absolutely beautiful this time of year. And the fish love these big caddis flies, especially the migrating (big!) browns. Just cast near a the edges and watch your fly explode!
NOTE: The McCloud River outing is located far from medical services, in a remote canyon where wading is difficult and injuries are not uncommon. This outing is a fun trip that will test (and hopefully improve) your angling skills, but it is not recommended for beginning anglers, those with limited wading skills, or people with health and fitness issues.
A detailed Fishout Sheet will be sent to registered participants a few weeks before the trip.
