CDFW waiver form, event particulars and instructions

CDFW will be conducting to a single pass electrofishing survey to assess trout populations in the Putah Creek Wild Trout Area. Putah Creek Trout (PCT) volunteers will assist CDFW staff to conduct the survey. The data collected will be used to evaluate the fishery. Volunteers will assist with transportation of equipment to and from vehicles to the survey sites. They will assist in netting fish and transporting live cars holding the captured fish. At the completion of the electrofishing survey, at each site, volunteers will assist in sorting, measuring, and weighing fish, as well as recovering and releasing processed fish. Volunteers may assist with decontamination of field equipment at the completion of the survey.
